Any damage to order or purchase after it leaves the boutique will NOT be the boutique’s responsibility. 
If flaws in workmanship are found, the order would be shipped back for amendment.
Orders may take up to 60 days for completion maximum, or, as stated in the delivery time on the order receipt, if the order is ready before the mentioned time frame the client will be contacted to schedule delivery.
